My dear friend, I really think this remake is unnecessary, the first one is so good, it haves all that retro felling undefined lines and shapes and the colours really make me remember those ancient movies.
Nonetheless I like the wavy pattern on the background of this one, and good you kept some of the same colour base.

Yes my friend , i guess you are right. The "feel" was half gone for this revamped illo but the remake was somewhat necessary as i mentioned on the previous illo that i miss out the scarf for this for the entire mosaic monkey series . "The first is always the best"
